My product does not work, what do I do?
If in the rare event that your product does not work then please email us. We will arrange for you to send your faulty item back for checking. Once received, we will check your product thoroughly and if found to be faulty we will offer a no quibble refund or replacement.
I'm not happy with my order, what do I do?
In the rare event that you are not happy with the item you receive then you can send back to us for a refund as long as within the standard 30 day period. Postage costs however will not be refunded for returning items to us. Please contact a member of our customer care team to arrange for an unwanted item to be returned
I can't get my item to work, what do I do?
All items carry some kind of instruction manual to help you use your product. However sometimes we understand that some questions are just not answered in these. If you find you need answers to questions about your product then we firstly recommend you search the internet to see if there is any help, or visit the manufacturer's website (normally there are details on the packaging of the product). We can also suggest using our forum (link) where you can ask questions and share experiences with other GrabitNow.com users. Failing all of that and if you can't solve your problem, then drop the customer care team a quick email and see if they can help you.
